A: By clicking on ‘Book Now’ on the top right corner of the page or in the main menu if you’re visiting the website on your mobile.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards.
We also offer payment plans via PayL8r for purchases above £280.
Q: How much do your treatments cost?
A: The prices for each individual treatment can be found by clicking on ‘Services’ in the main menu and are listed alongside the treatment’s description.
Q: Can I have my treatment at the same time as my consultation?
A: Yes! However this is dependent on availability. So to avoid disappointment, please book a separate treatment slot.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: 100%, as long as you cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Q: Can I cancel my appointment?
A: Yes, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit provided this is done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for any cancellations made after this.
