Microneedling Membership Rules

General


  • tREATMENTS CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED BY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER ONLY. NO SUBSTITUTES ARE ALLOWED.

  • You are expected to book 1 microneedling appointments every 6 weeks. You will be sent reminders for this along with your payment receipt.

  • Due to appointment demand, we advise that you book at least a month in advance

  • • The unique booking code can be used to book appointments 2 months in advance before payment has been taken. Of course, if payment is declined and not resolved - you will not be able to redeem this appointment.

  • There is a minimum joining period of 3 months. If the membership is cancelled prior to this time, the remaining months will be charged to your card.

  • Lateness more than 30 mins OR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 48 HOURS will result in £50 fee, and you may have to rebook your appointment.



  • Membership Discount

  • All members are entitled to 10% off additional treatments. The code to use when booking is VIP10. This booking code cannot be used on packages, nor can it be shared with non-members.

    Payment Details


  • The day of sign up will be the date of the direct debit. For example, if you signed up on the 4th June - payment will be taken every 4th of the month. If you've forgotten the date of sign up don't hesitate to contact us.


  • Your payment date can be changed to make it more convenient for you, please let us know if this is something you would like to do.

  • If payment is declined and not updated, your membership will be cancelled.

  • Deposits for other treatments or gift vouchers cannot be used for payment of your appointment.


    Appointments

  • Appointments should be booked at least 1 month in advance - with the unique booking code.

  • Only 1 appointment can be carried over. Any further attempts to carry over more than 1 of your appointment to the next month will result in that facial being forfeited and you will not be refunded/exchanged.

  • SKNDOCTOR reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time if membership guidelines are not followed.

    RESURFACING & stat FACIAL MEMBERSHIP

    General


  • You are expected to book 1 resurfacing facial every month. You will be sent reminders for this along with your payment receipt.

  • Due to appointment demand, we advise that you book at least a month in advance.

  • The unique booking code can be used to book appointments 2 months in advance, before payment has been taken. Of course, if payment is declined and not resolved - you will not be able to redeem this appointment.

  • There is a minimum joining period of 3 months. If the membership is cancelled prior to this time, the remaining months (up to the 3rd month i.e. £200) will be charged to your card.

  • Lateness more than 30 mins OR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 48 HOURS will result in £50 fee, and you may have to rebook your appointment.

    Appointments

  • If you can't redeem your facial for a particular month, i.e. due to a holiday, please be sure to let us know at least 1 week in advance.

  • Only 1 facial can be carried over. Any further attempts to carry over your appointment to the next month will result in that facial being forfeited and you will not be refunded/exchanged.

  • If 2 or more appointments are missed/not booked in your subscription may be cancelled and your place will be given to someone else.

  • If you would like to take a break from your facials, you will be refunded the cost of the facial of that month. However, if you take more than 1 month break - your membership will be cancelled.



    SKNDOCTOR reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time if membership guidelines are not followed.
